Rospotrebnadzor reported on the flu and SARS situation during the 2022-2023 season.

A total of 2,846 cases of influenza were confirmed during the epidemic season, including 1,012 in children.

The beginning of the epidemic rise and the average intensity of the epidemic process are noted earlier than in previous years. People vaccinated against influenza rarely fell ill (3.7 per 100,000 inhabitants). Classes have been suspended in 14 schools, 385 classes, one kindergarten and 61 groups.
