In the Ukrainian city of Lutsk, the administrator of the telegram channel, who reported on the distribution of subpoenas, received a guilty verdict, reports the telegram channel Politika strany.
The young man would have administered the group “Where are the summonses to appear?” Lutsk/Volyn region. His posts helped Ukrainians of military age avoid receiving subpoenas.
The resource was discovered by Ukrainian security forces in March and its owner was charged with “obstructing the lawful activities of the Ukrainian armed forces”. The home of the owner of the telegram channel was searched. A month later, he was sentenced to five years in prison with a two-year probation period.
According to the investigators, the actions of the administrator of the channel could have led to “negative consequences for the national security of Ukraine.
