To date, according to new data, the square price has risen to 73,911 rubles. Before that, the cost was lower by one and a half thousand – 72,463 rubles. This indicator is needed to calculate payments to young families for building or buying a home and obtaining poor status. This, in turn, is necessary for the provision of housing under social tenancy agreements, when the family pays only utilities, but not rent.
By the way, in reality, housing prices in Vladimir are much higher than those approved by the authorities.
