The Marker robot will be armed with a small-sized BAS-80 kamikaze drone, specially created for this platform. The details were announced by the executive director of the company that developed these machines, NPO Androidnaya Tekhnika, Evgeny Dudorov.
He noted that he managed to create a drone according to the type of aircraft, in the project his name is listed as “BAS-80”. At the moment, the drone is tested without a warhead.
“But, of course, he will have a shock orientation. Initially, this drone was created to equip the Marker. For the first time, we launched it from this platform. We are talking about a kamikaze drone,” the specialist said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Now, company employees are developing the technology to launch the drone, control it, and deliver it to the target with high precision.
Earlier it became known that the mobilization control has started in Poland, 230 thousand people will take part in it, the Republican Ministry of National Defense reported.
