Islamabad: At least two people were killed and six others injured when a passenger bus fell into a gorge in Jamshoro district of Pakistan’s southern Sindh province on Tuesday. The rescue service said the accident occurred on the Super Highway in Nooribad area of the district. He said that the driver may have fallen asleep due to the accident. Rescuers rushed to the spot and admitted the victims to a local hospital.
The rescue service said four passengers were in critical condition, a 23-year-old woman among the dead, while the injured included four children and two youths. It is being told that the accident bus was going from Sukkur city of the province towards the provincial capital Karachi.
