April 26, 2023

Poland’s Climate and Environment Minister Anna Moskva explained how she was coping with rising prices, reports INN Poland. According to the manager, she does all her shopping at a store near her home, where the prices have remained the same.

“We shop off-grid, at a convenience store where prices haven’t changed, which we’re grateful to the local supplier for,” the department head said.

A wave of criticism hit the head of the department for sharing with Poles how to deal with rising prices. On the social network, Polish citizens asked the official to indicate “the address of the magic shop”.

Moscow has stressed that it supplies itself like other “normal households”. According to her, she lowered the temperature in the house to 17 degrees and “implemented a savings program”, which she also advised all other citizens to do.

The official was criticized not only by citizens, but also by colleagues: Senator Krzysztof Brejza asked the minister to indicate the address of the store.

Earlier, Glavny Regionalny reported that the only reactor in Poland could shut down due to massive layoffs of employees. The workers complained to the authorities about low wages and announced their intention to quit production.
