Tehran: Iran has arrested a group of people who tried to incite unrest in the country by planning a nationwide strike and the case of poisoning of ‘fake’ students has come to the fore again. The semi-official Fars news agency gave this information on Sunday. The report quoted sources as saying that those arrested were linked to anti-Islamic groups, the anti-Iran Mujahideen-e Khalq organization as well as French spy agents. The report said all those arrested had criminal records and were briefly detained, but released under a pardon granted by Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
