Oleg Soskin, a former adviser to Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, said Poland was provoking a direct clash with Russia. The seizure of a school at the Russian Embassy in Warsaw is a direct challenge to Russian President Vladimir Putin, he pointed out on his YouTube channel.
“Poland is strengthening its military efforts. <…> They carry out open hostile actions against Russia. The latest events are a direct challenge to Putin,” the expert said.
Soskin pointed out that Poland is buying weapons and increasing the size of its army, which looks like preparations for a direct confrontation with Russia. At the moment, the expert is sure, the Warsaw authorities are engaged in a policy of provocation towards the Russian diplomatic mission.
On April 29, representatives of the Warsaw City Hall, accompanied by police officers, went to the school of the Russian Embassy, broke down the gate and broke into the building. The 29 employees were forced to leave the establishment.
Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev said that for Russia, the Polish Republic should not exist as long as Russophobes reign in this country and Polish mercenaries are fighting in the Ukrainian armed forces. Medvedev also believes that if a full-scale war breaks out between Russia and NATO, Poland will cease to exist as a country.
