In the case of psoriasis, the immune system recognizes the skin as foreign, but with scientific development and the discovery of how the immune system works in large part, we knew that the skin was only part of the disease. There are other parts of the body that can be attacked by the immune system, the most famous of which is the joints, so a large part of rheumatic infections called psoriatic arthritis is an inflammation of the joint motor system, which is accompanied by a skin psoriasis.

The exposure rate of people with cutaneous psoriasis to joint psoriasis ranges from 25 to 30%. Most patients have a childhood rash.
