“Eight children and a janitor were killed, and six children and a teacher were injured,” the ministry said.

The Home Office announced the arrest of a 14-year-old student, who it said was the shooter.

The shooting took place around 8:40 a.m. (6:40 GMT) in this institution located in the center of the Serbian capital.
