Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Ukrainian drones flew to the Kremlin

The press service of the head of state announced an attempt to attack the residence of the President of Russia using drones. As appears from the official statement, an attempt by unknown drones to hit the Kremlin residence of Vladimir Putin was suppressed last night.

As a result of the operation of electronic warfare systems and the competent actions of special services, the drones were decommissioned and no damage was caused to buildings. There are also no casualties or injuries.

According to the press service, Russia considers the attack on the residence of Vladimir Putin as a planned terrorist act and an attempt on the life of the head of state. The Kremlin has made it clear that Moscow will take retaliatory measures when and where it sees fit.

The work schedule of the President of the Russian Federation has not changed, Vladimir Putin continues to work as usual.

As part of the incident, the Moscow government banned the launch of any unmanned aerial vehicles. An exception is made only for drones of special and operational services of the city. Recall that the Ukrainian special services have repeatedly affirmed their desire to commit a terrorist act in the Russian capital on Victory Day. It is possible that the nighttime incident was an attempt to probe Moscow’s air defenses.
