GSTN has given relief to GST registered big businessmen. GSTN has once again extended the last date for uploading e-invoices for businesses of more than 100 crores. Let us tell you, according to GSTN, businessmen had to upload their e-invoices on IRP i.e. Invoice Registration Portal. But now its deadline has been extended once again. Now the businessmen have got 3 more months for this.
Invoice to be uploaded on IRP within 7 days
GSTN had implemented the rule of uploading e-invoices within 7 days from traders on the IRP portal from 1st May. Under which he had to upload e-invoice within 7 days. But, now its deadline has been extended for 3 months. According to the earlier rule, if companies do not upload their e-invoices on the IRP portal, then they do not get the benefit of input tax benefits available under it.
got 3 more months
Tell me, businessmen of more than 100 crores had to submit their invoices on the IRP portal for 7 days. But on Sunday, GSTN said that this arrangement has been postponed for 3 months. Meaning if businessmen upload their invoices on the portal on the 8th day instead of 7 days, then they will not be allowed to do so. That is, if someone has made a bill on 1st May, then the businessman will have to submit the challan of that challan on the IRP portal by 7th May. He will not be able to upload it on 8th May.
Big relief for businessmen! Extended deadline for uploading e-challan on the portal
