The humanitarian situation in Sudan is worsening. The warnings continue

While data from inside Sudan remains unclear, including the death toll, the World Health Organization has revealed that more than 600 people have been killed and more than 5,000 injured.

The International Organization for Migration also revealed that more than 700,000 people have been internally displaced due to the fighting in Sudan, in addition to a large number of people displaced to neighboring countries.

In this regard, a board member of the Sudanese Network for Human Rights, Adlan Abdel Aziz, told Sky News Arabia:

Doctors are playing a big role amid the ongoing war. The states around Khartoum are all safe. Health care in Darfur has completely collapsed. Both sides have said they are ready for humanitarian aid to arrive, but on their own terms. I think it is possible now that there is a supply of medicines and humanitarian needs, and even medical personnel.
