On April 13, the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights to the President of the Russian Federation, together with the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development, organized a round table in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on the theme “Personnel decides everything”.
The changing market situation in recent years has led to the fact that effective human resource management is becoming increasingly important for companies. On the one hand, the modification of the activity structure of companies, the emergence of new professions are manifested by a significant lack of qualified personnel. On the other hand, economic turmoil is forcing companies to drastically cut personnel budgets and reduce payroll, benefits and training costs.
As part of the round table, the participants discussed how not to miss talents and how to make them benefit the company, how to increase the motivation and efficiency of employees, as well as what personnel management systems are today most popular today and bring a positive result for the company.
