Earthquake in Japan: Earthquake jolts eastern Japan, no tsunami warning.

Tokyo. A strong earthquake was felt in eastern Japan and the capital Tokyo on Friday. However, a tsunami warning has not been issued.

According to the US Geological Survey, the 6.1-magnitude earthquake had its epicenter at a depth of 44.5 kilometers near the east coast of Chiba Peninsula. According to the US Geological Survey, the tremor was felt in Chiba and Ibaraki prefectures. However, there is no possibility of any loss of life or property.
