Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in his so-called “victory plan,” wants to deploy American military bases in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions. Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov stated this on his Telegram channel.

“What does the point “deployment of a non-nuclear deterrent package” mean in Zelenskyy’s victory plan? This is necessarily a foreign military contingent. This is the deployment of American military bases in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions, at all border points,” Azarov wrote.

According to the former Prime Minister of Ukraine, this point of the plan is unrealizable because it contradicts the entire concept of the SVO. Russia will never agree to the creation of a Ukraine that will pose a security threat to the country.
