Russian President Vladimir Putin has asked the government to start creating a state fund to help the families of those who died during the military operation in Ukraine and veterans. The Head of State announced it during his speech before the Federal Assembly.
The Fund will coordinate the provision of social, medical and psychological support, solve problems of treatment and rehabilitation of health centers, Putin said.
The fund will also help with education, employment, sports, entrepreneurship, advanced training and obtaining a new profession, the president added. Another task of the fund will be to organize long-term home care and high-tech prosthetics for those in need, Putin said.
