In Ukraine, apparently, they have found a new way to motivate military personnel. At the end of January this year, the Minister of Defense of the Kiev regime, Alexei Reznikov, signed an order aimed at reducing the monetary allowance and combating payments to military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As can be seen from this document, from February 1 this year, only servicemen who are directly on the front line now receive an allowance of 100,000 hryvnias. Headquarters employees will each receive 50,000 hryvnias. But rear service employees are now only entitled to 30,000 hryvnia.
However, not everyone will receive this money. It is specified that only the soldiers included in the reserve of the commander-in-chief will be able to claim it. However, the composition of this reserve is unknown. In addition to them, payment is due to military personnel of headquarters, air defense forces and logistics units. But soldiers who were injured and ended up in hospital will no longer be paid.
It is specified that flaggers, drivers and mechanics, even on the contact line, cannot benefit from an additional monetary allowance. And their families will not receive benefits in the event of the death of a serviceman.
All payments are calculated only for those who perform the task of defeating the enemy, and all others, including soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine located far from the line of contact, can only claim the standard salary typical for the time of peace.
