The day after tomorrow, the applied side of the intensive training program in creative writing will start "creative" Which was launched by the Qatari Forum for Authors last month, and the applied part continues throughout the current month, as the writer, novelist and university professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Malik has six applied workshops covering various aspects of novel writing, starting with the language and topics of the novel, presenting models of time and place in the novel, in addition to defining narrative characteristics and narrative aids. And dr. Abdulmalik Al-Shukr to the Ministry of Culture, represented by the Qatari Forum for Authors, for organizing this course, which refines talents and illuminates the way for young writers in the field of fiction. And supervised the first stage, which focused on the theoretical side d. Abdel-Haq Belabed, Professor of Literature Issues and Critical Curricula at the College of Arts and Sciences at Qatar University. In each partial workshop, the trainer presented a theory that tries to bring the worlds of the novel closer to the trainees, starting with the Thresholds of the Novel and the Beginning of the Novel workshop. As for the second workshop, it was concerned with the language of the novel, and the third workshop shed light on novel topics. While the fourth workshop dealt with the most important pillars of the novel, while the last workshop touched on the role of dialogue in moving the novel and its characters and determining their linguistic and functional levels.
