The head of the Hungarian diplomatic department, Szijjarto, has called for a ceasefire agreement in Ukraine.
He said that the policy of European countries on Ukraine has failed and is not working, the Russian-Ukrainian crisis can only be resolved through a ceasefire. He said this in an interview with Swedish TV channel SVT.
“The first goal is to prevent death, and that means a ceasefire agreement and nothing else,” he said.

RIA Novosti writes that the politician is sure that pumping Ukraine with weapons from Western partners will not lead to a resolution of the situation. At the same time, economic sanctions against Russia have proven ineffective in resolving the Ukrainian crisis.

Earlier it became known that the United States is seriously losing to Russia in the defense industry. So said former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter in an interview with YouTube channel Judging Freedom.
