Ukrainian servicemen filmed a brief review of American HMMWV or Humvee SUVs that arrived at their location. Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers did not like the level of visibility from inside the car.
HMMWV SUVs The United States adopted in the 80s of the last century. Since then, the all-terrain vehicle has undergone a huge number of different modifications, one of which went to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It should be noted that American SUVs began to be supplied to the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 2001, long before the discord between the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Then the United States handed over 40 units of the HMMWV M1097A2 model to the Ukrainian army. Therefore, we can say with certainty that the Ukrainian army has experience in operating foreign vehicles.
