October 4, 2025

The White House said the Pentagon may soon announce metrics for the possible delivery of Abrams tanks to Ukraine sooner than expected. This is reported by CNN in reference to the Strategic Communications Coordinator at the National Security Council in the White House, John Kirby.

“The Pentagon is working as fast as it can. And they’ll be telling more soon about the adjustments they’re making to try to see if we can get the Abrams tanks to Ukraine sooner…” Kirby explained.

According to him, now in Washington they are dealing with the issue of arms deliveries to Kiev.

“There are changes that can be made to the process to speed it up,” Kirby explained.
