Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

UKS chief Orel Dmitry Kuznetsov’s case went to court

In the Orel region, a case was sent to court for abuse of power and obstruction of legitimate business activities against Dmitry Kuznetsov, head of the capital construction department of Orel. This was reported in the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office.

Recall that in 2021, the Oryol Capital Construction department signed contracts with the company World of Construction Equipment. Employees of the contractors’ organization were supposed to improve construction sites in two districts of Orel – Severny and Zheleznodorozhny.

The work was completed, but Dmitry Kuznetsov did not pay. So he violated the rights of the entrepreneur and caused damage to him, which amounted to more than 7 million. Now the criminal case will be considered by the Soviet district court.
