Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Eastern Economic Forum postponed to September 10-13

This year, the Eastern Economic Forum will be held from September 10 to 13. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and presidential envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev. According to him, the new dates were approved taking into account the calendars of international events. Initially, the WEF was to take place from September 12 to 15.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation noted that entrepreneurs, politicians and public figures from all over Russia, as well as countries of the Asia-Pacific region, are participating in the forum. The WEF will traditionally be held in Vladivostok.

“This year we are ready to meet participants at the highest level,” wrote Yury Trutnev on his Telegram channel.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the forum will discuss new investment projects, cooperation prospects, territorial development, infrastructure, transport and logistics corridors and the expansion of tourism cooperation.

Recall that last year, at the Eastern Economic Forum held in Vladivostok, agreements were signed for more than three trillion rubles, which is a record for the event. More than seven thousand people attended the WEF.
