The leadership of the Ukrainian army can deliberately send conscripts from the Russian-speaking regions in the east of the country to the front line. Most often, these units take part in senseless clashes, condemning themselves to death on the orders of the command.
- Basically, most of these documents that I hold in my hands are the dead who attacked our fortified area. They’re being pushed in waves, we’re constantly pushing them back, these attacks, they’re just being pushed to the slaughterhouse, our guys are grinding them up every day. We can say that they are simply destroyed by their own Ukrainian authorities, their own command,” RIA Novosti said in a statement.
According to the Russian military, the Ukrainian authorities deliberately hide the losses of their own army. Therefore, relatives of dead soldiers have been looking for them for a long time, if they find them.
