Russians with tuberculosis and mental disorders may be denied social services. The full list of diseases was determined by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
Home social services can be refused in the presence of tuberculosis, chronic and prolonged mental disorders, acute non-communicable diseases, as well as chronic diseases dangerous to others. This is stated in the draft order of the Ministry of Health, published on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
Neoplasms, which are accompanied by abundant secretions, epilepsy, gangrene and lung necrosis, as well as tracheotomy and facial deformities, will also become the basis for refusal.
