The contractor is ready to carry out work for 127.7 million rubles, a third less than the initial offer price of 191 million rubles. The contractor shall demolish the long-term construction within 14 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
At one time, the Kaliningrad region spent 400 million rubles on the purchase of the building. The authorities planned to reconstruct the building and put it into use.
