Commentators from the Chinese Tibetology Research Center said that Chinese and foreign scholars in their speech fully demonstrated the magnificent process of Tibetan education in the past 70 years since the peaceful liberation of Tibet, based on their many years of investigation and research. Did. This will enable the world to understand the current status of human rights protection and social development in Tibet in the new era.
Cheng Tuyi, director general of the Chinese Tibetan Science Research Center, said in a summary of the conference that the current symposium reached agreement on at least three aspects: First, Tibetan education has made historical achievements. Second, the Chinese government has adopted a series of special policies and measures to fully protect the right to education for people of all ethnic groups in Tibet. Third, modern education in Tibet attaches great importance to the heritage and preservation of excellent traditional culture.
