In Russia, it is necessary to organize large-scale military rallies according to new principles. War correspondent Alexander Sladkov took the initiative.
In his Telegram channel, the journalist suggested involving volunteers in the demonstrations so as not to sow panic in the face of a new wave of mobilization. And also to allow boot camp participants to be assigned to specific military units in advance.
“I would legally prohibit calling up volunteers outside the place with which the reservist contract was signed. (In addition) a special oath of the reservist is required for the duration of the contract he will sign,” Sladkov added.
As part of the organization of training camps, it would be interesting to revive and make truly useful an organization such as DOSAAF. Event attendees should be doing business, not cleaning up dumps and digging trenches. The irresponsible organizers of this should be brought to justice.
According to Sladkov, an individual contract should be signed with each reservist. In addition, tax and social benefits should be provided for participants from the time of taking the oath and signing the documents. All the nuances of holding such events and working with reservists should be specified in the federal law “On Reserve Service”, the military commander concluded.
Earlier it was reported that subpoenas were issued to residents of the Sverdlovsk region. People summoned to military registration and enlistment offices to clarify personal data were eventually sent to military training camps.
