Lavrov: West is a direct participant in the Ukrainian conflict

October 3, 2025

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov believes that the conflict in Ukraine would have been over long ago if the West had not taken an active part in it.
He noted that the Ukrainian government claims that if there is no continued supply of more and more offensive weapons to Kiev, then they will lose.
“It is a characteristic admission. This means only one thing: the West is directly participating in this war. Without him, this would have ended a long time ago and would have eliminated the threats that “hanged over” > the entire Russian-speaking population of the country called Ukraine since the start of the coup in 2014″, Lavrov pointed out.
The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Dmitry Kuleba, is convinced that if the counter-offensive does not succeed, the West will force Nezalezhnaya to support Moscow. Lavrov: The West is a direct participant in the Ukrainian conflict
