Belarus’s permanent representative to the UN Valentin Rybakov says the idea of deploying tactical nuclear weapons is a response to the risks Minsk faces, the procedure is in line with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Weapons nuclear.
“Cooperation between Belarus and Russia in the field of defense capacity building and national security is carried out in strict compliance with international law.
