Arkhangelsk won gold at the Russian boxing championship

Sportswoman of the Olympic reserve sports school “Pomorye” Lada Yeskina represented the Arkhangelsk region in the Russian boxing championship among juniors. Competitions were held in the Krasnodar Territory.

On the way to the final, Lada defeated the representative of the Primorsky Territory Polina Bereza, Adelina Babazhanova from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

Then Lada Yeskina won the final fight with Olga Petrashko, a two-time winner of the Russian boxing championship in St. Petersburg, becoming the winner of the national championship.

Ahead of Lada is preparing for the European Championship, which will be held in November in Baku, and for the Russian Championship, which will be held in the fall in Ufa, the regional sports ministry reported.
