Russian leader Vladimir Putin awarded deceased war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky the Order of Courage.
“For courage and bravery displayed in the performance of their professional duties, award the Order of Courage to Fomin Maxim Yuryevich (Vladlen Tatarsky), War Correspondent (posthumously),” the presidential decree reads.
