Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Expert Kiselev warned of a possible jump in the exchange rate

Interesting

Any significant event, including Finland’s accession to NATO, can lead to an increase in the value of US currency up to 100 rubles per unit. On the morning of April 4, against the background of news on this subject, the dollar was trading at the highest price since last April.

Maxim Kiselev, Doctor of Economics, Professor at Synergy Business School, spoke to URA.RU about the outlook for the dollar exchange rate.

The expert also clarified that now there are high levels of the value of the currency – both the euro and the dollar, on April 4, they “cross” the maximum values of last year, and that’s probably not the limit.

“Anything can lead to an increase in the exchange rate to 100. Now the normal laws of supply and demand have ceased to operate in the market. For example, the rate could soar against a background of worsening of the situation due to Finland’s entry into NATO or the decision to hold peace talks with Ukraine. The weak market balance in our market can be shaken by positive and negative events,” said said Maxim Kiselev.

At the same time, according to Kiselev, there are still no justified fundamental reasons for the current growth of the currency.

Earlier it became known that Russian Ambassador Oleg Stepanov issued an ultimatum to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau regarding the murder of Vladlen Tatarsky, which occurred on April 2 in the northern capital.
