Russia has entered the top three in terms of inbound tourism to Israel

In the first three months of 2023, the number of Russian tourists visiting Israel increased by 241% compared to the same period in 2022.

As Izvestia told the Israeli Embassy in Moscow, Russia was among the top three in terms of incoming tourist flows to Israel: from January to March this year, the country was visited by 53,500 tourists Russians. For comparison, this is 241% more than the same period in 2022, but 23% less than the same period in 2019.

More than 916,000 people have visited Israel since the start of the year, up 199% from the same period last year and down 13% from the same period of the pre-record year. pandemic 2019.
