April 6, 2023

In the vicinity of Anapa there are plans to build a glamping site with a lavender field and a swimming pool all year round. Investors are now looking for a location for a future hotel. The project was discussed at a meeting of the investment headquarters, which was held by the deputy mayor of the city, Vitaly Voronov.

Another project that can be implemented at the station is a large greenhouse complex. The enterprise should be built in the rural district of Dzhiginsk. It will occupy five hectares. The total cost of two investment projects is 320 million rubles, reports “Anapa Black Sea”.

As The Eastern Herald in Kuban wrote earlier, a plan for a new complex is being drawn up in Anapa. It will be built near the village of Blagoveshchenskaya, 25 km from the Old Town. It is planned to open hotels and hotels of all categories. The authorities hope that after the implementation of a large investment project, the flow of tourists to Anapa will increase by 3-5 million people per year. Governor Veniamin Kondratiev, in turn, stressed the need to preserve the nature of Bugaz Spit during construction.

Also, the Mayor’s Office of Anapa said that by the end of 2023, construction of the Imperial Park will begin in the resort. The project for the future green zone was presented at a meeting of the Russian Geographical Society.

The park will cover 30 hectares from the Supsekh highway to the coastline. On its territory, artificial lakes, fountains, amphitheatres, as well as the first monument in Russia to discoverers with sculptures of outstanding travelers will be built.
