Businessman and founder of the private military company (PMC) “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin said that he was not aware of the actions of the RF armed forces in Bakhmut (Artemovsk (Bakhmut)).
“I know little about the actions of the RF armed forces in Bakhmut – I did not see them there. And there is simply no time to watch the briefings of Konashenkov (an official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the RF),” Prigozhin’s press service quoted Prigozhin as saying.
Commenting on Jan Gagin, adviser to acting DPR leader Denis Pushilin, who previously said that Russian armed forces had taken control of Bakhmut railway station, Prigozhin said “fierce battles” were currently taking place . in this territory.
Earlier, Prigozhin said the Battle of Bakhmut had all but destroyed the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and also “rather defeated” its fighters.
