According to the data released by the Ministry of Health on Wednesday, 3122 active cases have increased to 40,215. The total number of infected in the country has increased to 4,47,76,002. At the same time, the number of dead has increased to 5,31,016. In the same period, the number of people recovering from corona infection has increased by 4,692 to 4,42,04771.
Kerala has seen the highest increase of 761 active cases in the country during the last 24 hours.
