Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday flagged off the Ajmer-Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express through video conference from Delhi. Prime Minister Modi virtually participated in the inauguration program organized at Jaipur Railway Station. In his address, he said that with the commencement of Ajmer-Delhi Kant Vande Bharat Express, commuting between Jaipur-Delhi will become easier and this train will also help the tourism industry of Rajasthan.
Modi said that in the last two months, this is the sixth Vande Bharat Express train, which he is flagging off. The Prime Minister said, ‘Ever since these modern trains started, about 60 lakh people have traveled in them. Their biggest feature is their speed. Passengers have rice. He said, “Vande Bharat train today has become a substitute for development, modernity, stability and self-reliance.
Today’s journey of Vande Bharat, tomorrow will take us towards the journey of developed India.” Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav were also present in the program organized in Jaipur.
