In the Bryansk region, a 31-year-old resident of the village of Navlya, who used programs without concluding a license agreement, will be tried. He is accused of illegal use of copyrighted material. This was reported in the press service of the regional SU of the investigative committee.

According to the preliminary version, the defendant, as the operator of the computer network of the consumer community of the Navlinsky district, from July 2018 to July 2022, without concluding a license agreement, copied programs from the site to a computer of work. In the future, the extra used them in his work. We are talking about products whose copyright holders are 1C LLC and 1C-Soft LLC. The damage eventually exceeded 13 million rubles.

The investigation is now complete. All the documents collected proved to be sufficient to refer the criminal case to the courts.
