Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

“Rybar” explained why Putin came to the front

The President visited the frontline territories on the eve of the so-called counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reports the TELMENEWS.RU news agency.

The authors of the telegram channel “Rybar” explain the purpose and meaning of Putin’s visit to the Kherson region and the LPR. It should be noted that neither Shoigu nor Gerasimov were there, contrary to the protocols. The President of Russia arrived at the location of the troops in an all-terrain vehicle.

A distinct nuance is the return to the agenda of Commander of the Airborne Forces Teplinsky and Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces Lapin. Previously, they were actually “stricken” after criticizing the course of the SVO – but now they have obviously gone back to business. According to Rybar, this happens contrary to the opinion of Gerasimov and Shoigu.

“Does this mean that Lapin was sent there as a reinforcement, or because to avoid conflicts with the leaders of the Moscow region, it is not clear,” writes Mikhail Zvinchuk, originally from Vladivostok. Moreover, it is in these areas that the counter-offensive of Ukrainian troops is expected. The visit of the head of state, according to Zvichuk, is intended to inspire the soldiers before the decisive battle.

“The Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s visit on the eve of the Ukrainian counter-offensive is a step intended to inspire personnel before the start of full-scale hostilities,” Rybar writes.

Recall that several authoritative sources announce the beginning of active hostilities in the near future. The date of the counter-offensive is called April 30.
