US President Joe Biden has a good chance of being re-elected in 2024. The opinion was expressed by Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) program coordinator Konstantin Sukhoverkhov.
“In general, presidents, vice presidents, current and former, by definition, have a very high chance of being re-elected. This is because they are more recognizable, people remember how their policy was carried out, ”Izvestia quoted the interlocutor as saying.
The incumbent US leader has a stronger position than other Democratic candidates. At the same time, Biden’s rating and anti-rating are now nearly equal.
Similar figures are presented by former Republican President Donald Trump. Most likely, these candidates will compete for a seat in the Oval Office next year, Sukhoverkhov concluded.
