Mr. Naji Zakarneh, Consultant for Hearing Impairment at the Qatar Society for the Rehabilitation of Special Needs, added that the Society continues to provide training courses in sign language at its three levels. "Basic, Intermediate and Advanced" For all official institutions, especially those working in front offices, public relations, and employees working in the service of the public, with the aim of facilitating access for deaf people, and their access to services like other people, with the possibility of using modern technologies that contribute to the ease of communication, education and training, and the transfer of information and programs and theories.
