announced "Sudan Doctors Syndicate" Today, Friday, the civilian death toll has risen to 387 since the start of clashes in the country between the army and the Rapid Support Forces in the middle of this month.

And the Sudan Doctors Syndicate stated in a statement issued by it, which was reported by the Anadolu Agency, that "The number of civilian deaths has risen to 387, while the number of injuries has reached 1,928 since the start of the clashes".

The union also said in its statement that " 68 percent of the hospitals adjacent to the areas of clashes (which the syndicate identified) are out of service".

She added: " 59 out of 86 primary hospitals in the capital (Khartoum) and the states are out of service, while 25 hospitals are fully or partially functioning."Noting that the aforementioned hospitals "It is threatened with closure due to the lack of medical staff, supplies, water and electricity"with there "19 hospitals were forcibly evicted"while it was done "About 15 other hospitals were bombed"according to the statement.

The union stated that "Military forces took control of the National Public Health Laboratory (STAC)"while "El Geneina Hospital in Darfur and the blood bank were looted"Pointing out that military forces attacked 6 ambulances and prevented others from transporting patients and delivering medical supplies, without mentioning or referring to the party to which those forces belong.

The agency also quoted the Medical Syndicate as revealing it in separate statements from "At least 74 people were killed in armed clashes in the city of El Geneina, West Darfur state, during the past Monday and Tuesday."and confirm that "All El Geneina hospitals are out of service".


It is noteworthy that both parties to the conflict in Sudan had agreed to a humanitarian truce, mediated by the United States, on the night of April 24, and to renew it again on Thursday night. Between the army, led by Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, and the Rapid Support Forces, led by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo "Hemedti" According to Anadolu Network, and other official sources.
