In the Amur region, the competition is held for the second time, for the first time the region hosted it in person in 2019. In subsequent years, competitions between schoolchildren and students were held online. Now the organizers have returned to the usual format.

For two years, 36 high school and university students from the Khabarovsk Territory, the Amur Region, the Jewish Autonomous Region and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) will compete in the knowledge of the language and culture of the China.
