“Moscow Poisoner” Alexei Vygovsky became a defendant again after investigators uncovered 22 more of his crimes. From 2006 to 2009, a man organized a conveyor to kill people, the 112 Telegram channel reported.
He includes himself in much the same way, getting to know people on electric trains or at stations. The killer offered a drink, and in the flask, which he handed out to random drinking buddies, was a potent substance. After the victim passed out, the poisoner took everything of value and fled.
Of those poisoned by Vyhovsky, 22 people died. But most of those deaths were considered unsolved until recently. Vyhovsky was arrested in 2009. He had a vial of poison with him. He only confessed to a few episodes and, as a result, he was sentenced to 22 years and three months in prison.
However, investigators uncovered a dozen other such crimes committed by Vygovsky. He was charged with 22 other murders.
