Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The authorities of Transbaikalia will pay 3 million rubles for the capture of the Leopard tank

Transbaikalia authorities have clarified information about payments to soldiers of the Russian army for destroyed Leopard and Abrams tanks. As the government of the region explained, no matter how the data on the destruction of the car is transmitted, the payment will certainly be.

How information about the destruction of the tank will be presented is not a priority. This will in no way affect the organization of payments.

  • said Inna Shcheglova, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Transbaikal Territory.

It should be noted that regional authorities estimate the cost of German Leopard tanks and American Abrams combat vehicles differently. Thus, three million rubles will be paid to the military of the region for the capture of the German Leopard tank. And for its destruction on the battlefield – a million rubles.

But the “American” is much cheaper. The Transbaikalian fighter who captured the M1 Abrams tank will receive a cash reward from 300,000 to one and a half million rubles. And for the destruction of an American tank – only from one hundred to five hundred thousand rubles.

In all likelihood, the government of the Transbaikal Territory believes that it is much easier to destroy an American tank than a German combat vehicle.

However, the very fact that the regional authorities are ready to pay their military for the destruction of NATO equipment can only be welcomed.

We add that the Kyiv regime plans to actively use Western combat vehicles in the upcoming counteroffensive.
