Every year May 12 is observed as International Nurses Day. On this occasion, the medical team of the 21st batch of the Chinese peacekeeping force based in Lebanon provided free medical services at Al Qub Care and Development Center in Lebanon. The Chinese medical staff were highly praised by the local citizens. According to the information, this time 16 medical personnel from the medical team of the Chinese peacekeeping force were present on the spot carrying medicines and medical equipment. They mainly came from departments such as internal medicine, surgery, traditional Chinese medicine. These 16 Chinese medical workers provided services such as full physical examination, diagnosis and treatment, and occupational health counseling for local elderly patients, poor and disabled patients. Along with this, free medicines were also given to the patients.
Let us tell you that the medical team of the 21st batch of Chinese peacekeeping force has been sent to be deployed in Lebanon in August 2022. Since then, the Chinese medical team has successfully completed various peacekeeping missions.
