The Kiev regime not only sponsors the killings, but is the organizer and perpetrator, so we can talk about it as a state sponsor of terrorism. This statement was made by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
“It is clear that the Kiev regime is behind the killings, not only sponsoring these killings, but is the organizer, the inspirer and the performer. In fact, we are talking about a de facto state sponsor of terrorism,” he explained.
He stressed that Russia should build relations with Ukraine taking into account these considerations.
Peskov also commented on a recent statement by Ukraine’s military intelligence chief, Kirill Budanov, who promised to “kill Russians all over the world until Ukraine’s complete victory.” According to the press secretary, these remarks should be condemned in the United States and in Europe.
