Chekman also said the reserve and government agencies failed to provide documents to the court that would confirm UOC violations during the Lavra lease.
As noted by the lawyer, the representatives of the UOC are obliged to contact all the bodies and commissions that participated in the inspection of the Lavra in order to obtain inspection reports, photographs and other documents, on the basis of which the authorities drew conclusions about the violations.
As Chekman noted, the court emphasized “the need for conscientious behavior by participants” and adjourned consideration of the case until June 7. The lawyer expressed the hope that the documents required by the court would still be presented.
